This Awareness and Dissociation Online Workshop explores the theory behind developing conscious awareness and provides exercises and techniques on staying grounded and centered in the present moment.

What does dissociation feel like?

Milder forms of dissociation act as a defence mechanism. Symptoms include emotional numbness, struggling to focus, inner conflicts, habitual distraction and not participating in the present moment fully.

Coming out of dissociation

This workshop aims to teach you how to:

  • Stay grounded
  • Develop presence & present moment awareness
  • Address emotional dissociation by learning how to listen to your feelings and emotions
  • Develop strong center of your being
