Coach or Counsellor
We’re looking for a passionate, authentic, and skilled Coach or Counsellor to join our mission at Mind Mastery - a project dedicated to supporting a unique and very underserved community. Our clients include people navigating challenges like anhedonia, social isolation, emotional numbness, schizoid personality traits, or trauma/complex PTSD (especially freeze response and dissociation). If you’re someone who thrives on real, human connection and wants to make a difference while being yourself, this might be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
Deliver 4–12 coaching or counselling sessions per client, personalized to their needs.
Create short videos or articles to engage our 22,000+ YouTube subscribers and Patreon community (with full support to keep it low-effort).
Potentially lead workshops, group coaching, or webinars for greater impact and compensation.
Who You Are
We need someone who brings both expertise and heart to the table. Usually, our clients need help navigating relationships, lack of motivation/anhedonia, making difficult decisions or simply looking for ways to change their current situation.
Here's what we are looking for in the ideal candidate:
Fluent or native in English, with a qualification in psychology, coaching, or counselling.
3+ years’ experience working with anhedonia, social isolation, introversion, emotional numbness, schizoid personality, or trauma/PTSD (freeze response, dissociation).
Flexible, authentic, and open to holistic approaches.
Based in the US or Europe (for timezone alignment).
Comfortable creating content with our support.
Bonus: Lived experience with these challenges.
What We Offer
