Terms of Service – Mind Mastery

These terms govern your use of www.mind-mastery.com and anything you purchase through it. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to them.

1. Who runs this site

Mind Mastery is the coaching practice of Joanna Zbroniec, an independent coach based in Spain.

"I", "me" and "my" mean Joanna Zbroniec trading as Mind Mastery. "You" means the person using the site or making a purchase.

2. What is sold here

Through this site you can book 1-on-1 coaching sessions and purchase digital products and online courses.

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment, and it does not replace them. Terms specific to a coaching engagement, including scheduling, cancellations and refunds, are set out in the Coaching Agreement provided before your first paid session.

3. Payment

Prices are shown in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe. I do not store your card details.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.

4. Digital products and courses

On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own development. You may not share, resell, reproduce or distribute the materials without written permission.

Refunds. If you are a consumer resident in the EU you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. By purchasing and requesting immediate access, you consent to the content being supplied straight away and acknowledge that you lose that right at that point.

Beyond that, sales are final once access has been granted or materials downloaded, unless the law requires otherwise.

If you have a technical problem accessing something you have paid for, contact me within 7 days and I will sort it out.

5. Coaching bookings

Coaching packages are paid in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms are set out in the Coaching Agreement.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Where you ask for coaching to begin before that period ends, you may be charged proportionately for sessions already delivered.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including written material, video, branding and course materials, belongs to Mind Mastery and Joanna Zbroniec and is protected by copyright.

You may share links to public content. You may not reproduce, republish or distribute the material without written permission.

7. Your data

Booking and payment data is handled in accordance with GDPR. See the Privacy Policy for what is collected, why, and your rights.

8. Liability

I do not guarantee any specific outcome from coaching, courses or digital products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or its content.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded under Spanish law.

9. Termination

I may suspend or withdraw access to the site or to digital products in the event of a breach of these terms.

You may stop using the site at any time. Where a coaching engagement is in progress, the Coaching Agreement applies.

10. Changes

I may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the effective date shown at the top. Material changes will not apply retroactively to a purchase or engagement already underway.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your own country's courts where the law allows.
